The Automatic Post-Collision Braking System can help slow the vehicle down after a collision to reduce the chance of any more impacts. Additionally, the 2020 Volkswagen Jetta is equipped with stability-enhancing systems, such as:

• Electronic Brake-pressure Distribution (EBD): Helps bring the vehicle to a complete stop when braking hard.
• Electronic Stability Control (ESC): Adjusts engine throttle and sends energy to the wheels that need it most.

Active Safety & Intelligent Driver Assistance

Furthermore, the VW Jetta offers an array of driver-assist features that not only boost your awareness on the road, but also provide backup when you need it most.

One such feature is the available Blind Spot Monitor. It keeps an eye on the areas around your vehicle you might not be able to see clearly. If you begin to change lanes when another driver is in your blind spot, the system will alert you as an extra precaution.
